We produced these films along with Nonsense in collaboration with AXA and LFC. These social videos features Amber Whiteley discussing mental health in women’s football and Colm Smith, the Strength and Conditioning Coach for LFC Women’s Team, sharing his tips for setting and maintaining your goals.

Amber highlights the inclusivity of the sport and the importance of women supporting and inspiring each other. And Colm provides tips that can help you stay focused, organised and motivated both on and off the pitch!
We’re very pleased to work on a film which discussed the work being done to encourage girls to play football and support the growth of women’s football.
